Your place on tour can be confirmed immediately. We will send you the Booking Confirmation along with a Welcome Packet once your reservation and your deposit are processed. The Pre-Departure Packet (Final Packet) will be sent to you about 3 weeks prior to tour departure time.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, especially trip cancellation coverage, to protect your travel investment. Access China Tours recommends RBC Insurance and Travelex Insurance Services. The premium depends on your age, tour cost, trip duration and plan choice. Trip cost should include airfare taxes and surcharges, visa fees, single supplement, and extension costs, wherever applicable. RBC Insurance is a Canadian insurer. Its non-medical package and trip cancellation & interruption plans are available to anyone regardless of their country of residence. Its deluxe package is intended for Canadian residents only because of its medical coverage, which is tied to the Canadian universal medical care system.
